We are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm
Closed Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
Please use any of the following methods to cancel appointments; call us on 01282 644 222, use the EMIS online facility or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending an email to cancel appointments please ensure that you include the word 'cancellation' in the subject field of the email. In the main body of the email please include your name, DOB & first line of the address along with the date and time of the appointment(s) that you wish to cancel. Thank you.

When the surgery is closed there is always an out of hours Doctor available for emergencies. This is not for patients who can wait to be seen during normal surgery hours.
The Out of Hours contact number from 18:30 - 08:00 - 111
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
The Midwife is available in the practice from 9:30am until 4:00pm every Wednesday.
Please note that the Health Visitor is no longer in surgery on Wednesday mornings. However, there is a clinic from 9am until 11am every Wednesday on: Level 1, in St Peter's Centre.
